Military plane from Middle East circles over Norfolk for hours
According to Flight Radar, the aircraft was a Lockheed C-130J-30 Hercules, which is part of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
The jet left Cambridge airport just after 2pm and reached Norfolk around 2.20pm.
It has since circled an area near RAF Marham several times before flying towards Norwich.

The plane then continued to circle near Norwich Airport, reaching as far as Hickling Broad.
Two hours later, the aircraft continues to fly in a loop over the county.
It is not a UK Royal Air Force plane but rather a VIP-equipped Omani transport and is frequently spotted visiting airfields in the UK and Europe.
The nature of its visit to Norfolk is not yet known.
