Plans for five new homes in Penn Grove, over the road from Waterloo Park, were put forward last week to Norwich City Council.

The site will consist of four two-bed homes and a two-bed wheelchair accessible bungalow.

A design statement on behalf of applicants, Orwell Housing Association, confirmed the application was for "the erection of five new build, affordable, homes".

Included in the proposals is the creation of additional parking spaces along Penn Grove, by removing two existing garage blocks - currently owned by Norwich City Council.
