City mum-of-three furious with council over crumbling and 'unsafe' walls
Since moving into their Huxley Road home about a year ago, Amelia Day and her partner Jamie Smith have experienced issues with falling plaster and disintegrating walls.
Amelia, 29, says her cries for help to Norwich City Council have fallen on deaf ears.
She is deeply concerned for the safety of Gregory-Harvey and Layla-Rose, her two-year-old twins, and their nine-year-old brother Logan.
She said: "We moved in and immediately noticed strong nicotine smells.

"While redecorating to address this, we uncovered large internal cracks and discovered that the plaster underneath the wallpaper was crumbling and blown, particularly along the stairs and landing walls.
