City Hall decides fate of plans for a digital billboard in the city
InSchool Media, an advertising company, wanted to replace the "existing 96 sheet paper advert to a 96 sheet size digital poster" in Sweet Briar Road, opposite Wickes.
But City Hall refused the proposal deeming it to be a "significant risk to highway safety".
This is the third time the firm has had plans to introduce or keep billboards rejected by the council.
