From August 1, a new law will make it illegal to own or buy a certain style of sword.

Anyone who owns a qualifying weapon is being asked to hand it in to the public enquiry office in Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn or Norwich as part of an amnesty scheme between July 1 and 31.
