Forme Studio will open in Shropham, near Attleborough, on March 23.

Founder and lead instructor, Aneta Carter, has 15 years of experience and teaches both mat and reformer Pilates.

"After years of corporate work, I made the decision to turn my life-long passion into a profession by founding Forme Studio," the mum-of-two said.

Forme will specialise in reformer Pilates, in which exercisers use a bed-like machine with a moving platform, springs and straps to add resistance to their movements.

There will be four beds at the studio, which Ms Carter built in her own garden after struggling to find the perfect commercial premises.

"My aim is to create an inclusive, welcoming space for my clients and build a friendly community," she said.

She said she can help clients "who want to improve their strength, flexibility, and alignment", and she has a "thoughtful and holistic" approach to her work.

Classes will be available for people of all experiences.

Sessions can be booked online.
