Stinky skunk on the run leaves behind bad smell for city wildlife rescuer
But before the rescue there was even more drama.
Kevin Murphy, of Norfolk Wildlife Rescue in NR3, got a call during the early hours of Wednesday morning from a shocked woman who'd seen the Pepe Le Pew impersonator in her garden.
To make matters worse, in a rush to see what the commotion was about, the woman's husband dislocated his knee and needed a ambulance crew.
The stinky critter - whose spray is said to smell like a pungent combination of rotten eggs, boiled cabbage and even burning rubber - was eventually captured safely.

But before that Pepe managed to spray the dogs, the family and the ambulance crew beforehand.
Mr Murphy said: "I got a call at about 3am from a lady living in Wolterton, near Aylsham, who said her dogs were........
