Sophie Daniels, owner of Raw Gemstone Jewellery, decided to explore “other opportunities” after selling “unique pieces” of jewellery at the heart of the market for more than two years.

The 44-year-old runs the business alongside her partner Frank Kelly, a former general-purpose builder who designed and built the stall.

She said: “The market stall would be a great opportunity for someone else.

“So much work went into renovating the site.

The business is family-run........
