Benjamin Whitbourn, founder of Rebourn Performance, said that moving back to Norfolk after pursuing his swimming career with Ohio Wesleyan University has been “a blessing in disguise”.

The 28-year-old, who has always wanted to pursue a career in sports performance has opened his own personal training gym in New Road, Bawburgh.

Mr Whitbourn said: “It has been a long time coming.

“I’m really excited to open the space.

“It’s all coming together, we have worked hard to install all the kit.
