Adam Lopez lashed out at the woman in a sweary social media post after claiming she told him that he "should take up sumo wrestling" and asked him about his diet.

He has now been banned from all 110 Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing centres across the UK.

The National Lottery scratch card winner, who is a member at the club in Barrack Street, claims the fat-shaming incident took place in the pool earlier this month.

Shortly after, he retaliated on social media, calling the woman a "chubby bird".
