Sophia Kirkpatrick began her cinnamon bun business Swirl as a small pop-up at a coffee shop in Unthank Road in the Golden Triangle area.

Now the 31-year-old, who bakes hundreds of the treats from her Norwich home for 13 stockists, is launching bake-at-home buns available to collect in the city on Christmas Eve.
