Renovations are under way to transform the former Le Roc restaurant into Salt Shore, a restaurant and bar spotlighting local seafood, good wines and beers and lovely views across the estuary.

With the end in sight, Salt Shore's owner Simon Turner has shared an opening date for the venue.

"We are really excited to open something that everyone has said they want," he explained.
