New shop to open at former Poundland site in Norwich
The discount chain in St Stephens Street moved to the old British Home Stores premises at the start of 2024 and the site has been vacant since.
The building, which also used to be home to a Wilko, was put on the market with Roche Chartered Surveyors for £2,000,000.

It was bought last month by Nottingham-based developer ALB Group.
A spokeswoman for the company has revealed that discount homeware company, Home Values, will shortly be opening in the former Poundland section of the site.
"We are delighted to announce that we have signed a six-month lease with Home Values," she said.
"To get the doors open and a retailer in trading is fantastic, this will be while ALB Group works up a master plan for the regeneration scheme as a whole."
The ALB Group has opened a Home Values in a former Marks & Spencer building in Wolverhampton, which will fill the unit temporarily while a major regeneration project begins.
