Festival Too lit up King's Staithe Square and Tuesday Market Place over the last three weekends.

The events marked the 40th anniversary of the concert series, which is held each year for revellers to enjoy chart-topping headliners for free.

"For the July events, the Friday nights had around 7,000 people and we had 10,000 at the Saturday nights.

"The audiences were great every night and the events were exactly what we wanted to mark our 40th birthday in style."
