Substrata Wines has launched in Dove Street in the former Loaf Microbakery.

The business is run by brothers Tom and Ben Loudon, the wine enthusiasts behind the market stall of the same name.

Ben said: "Launching at a new venue just before Christmas has been busy - but really good.

"We've had lots of interest and people have been coming in for treats and festive tipples.

Each bottle has a description of the notes to help shoppers........
