Here are some of the biggest international chains that could open before 2025 ends.

GDK - which offers a range of kebabs, burgers, wraps and hot-to-go desserts - currently has 146 UK restaurants and the Norwich venue will be the fourth to launch this year.

The company will move into the former Argos store in St Stephens Street later this spring.
