The bridge at Loddon staithe has long been shut due to safety concerns and has fallen into further disrepair over the last 15 years.

The crossing over the River Chet secured £150,000 in funding to bring it back into use but it has been unclear when any improvements will begin.

It is now expected renovation works will start next week with the potential........
