Restoration of derelict Norfolk railway building given green light
Plans to spruce up part of the Grade II-listed Trowse Railway Station have been given the green light by Norwich City Council.
The proposals were submitted by the Arch Company, which specialises in revamping railway properties before renting them out as shops, offices and warehouses.
It had sought permission to repair and reconstruct a former goods shed at the site.
It is currently in poor condition, with part of the roof removed due to safety concerns and the whole building encased scaffolding to protect it.
