The Talk, located in Oak Street, shut its doors in 2022 after decades in the business, as Covid fears and restrictions saw crowds dwindle.

Once home to one of the city's most popular clubs, the building could now be turned into a commercial space under new plans lodged with Norwich City Council.

The application includes the partial demolition of the main nightclub as well as an outbuilding previously used as a kitchen.
