Fire crews tackled the flames at the site off Dereham Road in the early hours of December 17 after it was targeted by arsonists.

The incident decimated some plots in Bellacre allotment, with repairs due to be completed at the site early this month.

Despite criticism, Norwich City Council has refuted claims it failed to implement sufficient measures to prevent the attack.
