Asylum hotel in Norfolk town to be refurbished and reopened to public
The Park Hotel in Diss will be brought back into community use after an agreement between its owners and the Home Office fell apart last month.
The building has been home to asylum-seeking families since 2023 but outrage was sparked last month after the Home Office revealed its plans to replace those living there with asylum-seeking single males.
