'That's Norwich for you' - Reform hits back at 'infantile' cancellation of city event
Redwell Brewing announced on social media over the weekend that it had made an "error in judgement" by agreeing to host a BBQ for the Norwich branch of the party.
The event promised burgers, craft beers and a photobooth that allowed guests to take mock pictures with Nigel Farage, and was due to take place at the Trowse taproom in August.
However, following a backlash from employees and customers, the venue cancelled the booking because it did not want to be "indirectly associated" with Reform UK.
A spokesman for the party said it had hosted other events in Norwich without issue and described the decision as an "infantile reaction".

Sam Brown, the owner of the brewery, said he was aware the event was being booked by Reform UK but did not know it would involve fundraising for the party.
He said if this had been clear then the event would have been refused at the point of booking.
