The incident happened at around 5pm on Friday, November 10, close to the junction with St Martins Road, near the entrance to Wensum Park.

A man in his 60s was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drug driving and causing death by dangerous driving.

He was taken to Wymondham police station for questioning and was later released on bail.
