Now, after setting up a support group to help others impacted by the same devastation, her tireless efforts to raise awareness have been acknowledged.

In 2016, Ms Crane was just 18-weeks pregnant when her baby boy Max died antenatally, his passing identified at her 20-week scan appointment.

It was a grief like no other.
