Geminick 'Gem' Siriban, who works at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King's Lynn, specialises in supporting patients in their final days.

He was recently nominated for an award from a relative of a patient Mr Siriban had cared for on Peddars Way ward.

They praised his kindness, clarity and compassion at an incredibly difficult time.
