Sue Clissold died in June last year after developing sepsis as she recovered from a pressure sore and coffee burn. She was 72.

Both her injuries required a district nurse to attend her home in Hellesdon and dress her wounds, as Mrs Clissold had multiple sclerosis and was registered blind.

However, an inquest into her death heard that due to staff shortages and demand on the Norfolk Community Health and Care Trust, these visits were missed "on several occasions".
