Hospital's mobile cancer unit to be SENT BACK after hitting funding roadblock
In April 2021, the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston took on a £300,000 mobile unit from the charity Hope for Tomorrow.
Built into a Mercedes lorry, the unit called Jewel was taken to several locations around the Great Yarmouth and Waveney areas to provide treatment to up to 20 patients a day - preventing them from travelling to the hospital.

However, the unit, which has delivered 689 treatments in its first year........
