The under-fives department at the Hamlet Centre in Norwich has been given an overall rating of 'inadequate' by Ofsted, following an inspection last month.

The centre, on Vauxhall Street, provides care for children and adults with disabilities and complex health needs.

Inspectors who visited the site on June 6 highlighted a host of issues in a scathing report.
