Cancer patient died of 'rare but recognised' chemotherapy complication
Paul Havers, a retired agricultural engineer from Harleston, died in January at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. He was 64.
An inquest into his death was held at Norfolk Coroner's Court.
He died after going into cardiac arrest at the hospital, having developed a form of heart failure as a result of the chemotherapy he had been receiving.
