Lewis Hurn, who was living in sheltered accommodation in north Norfolk, died in June last year after taking an accidental drug overdose. He was 21.

An inquest into his death heard that he had last been seen by neighbours and staff at the facility on June 10, when he returned to his room at around 11.30pm.

But the alarm was raised two days later when a parcel delivery to his flat was attempted but........
