The plans for Merchant's House, in Fye Bridge Street, will see changes made to its interiors to add more seating and ease its toilet troubles.

Philipp Grote, the applicant, can now relocate the cafe's toilets to improve the drainage issues the business has been experiencing because the current facilities are below sewer levels.
