Norwich vape shop owner told he cannot have LED signs on shop front

Aram Abdullah turned to the planning inspectorate in November after Broadland District Council refused his plans for LED lights on the front of his shop - Vape and Variety.

He hoped he would be allowed to retain his fascia and window signage with LED lighting.

But the council threw the plans out, saying the size of the lettering and extent of the internal illumination would "adversely affect the character and appearance" of the area.
