Lucy Hart, who lives in Blofield, says cystic fibrosis (CF) is a 'hidden illness' and the severity of it can often go unseen.

Her son, Jacob, was diagnosed with the condition when he was just three weeks old.

The life-limiting disorder is caused by an altered gene that results in breathing and digestive troubles.

Lucy said: "The amount of medicine and physio he has to go through just to keep him well is really extensive."
