An application, which was submitted by a man known only as Mr R Coghiel, to turn a hair salon and coffee shop into flats will no longer be going ahead due to nutrient neutrality.

The plans were to convert the premises of a salon and coffee shop at 37 Plumstead Road into two one-bedroom flats.

The plans were met with one objection from someone who was concerned about parking along the road as well as the loss of business.
