The man was caught on CCTV going to the front of the property on Dove House Lane, Potter Heigham, at about 9pm on Sunday, June 15, while the carer was inside.

A spokesperson for Norfolk Police said: “We have received a report of a theft from a car parked outside a property in Dove House Lane in Potter Heigham at around 9pm on Sunday 15 June.

“Officers are due to speak with the victim in the next week.”
