The family - which includes Tom Harber, his partner Shannon Lee and their children - has been living in a caravan and portable building at Malthouse Corner in Catfield, near Stalham, after purchasing the land at auction in July 2022.

Their retrospective application to change the use of the land to a gypsy/traveller pitch was rejected by North Norfolk District Council in 2024, then dismissed on appeal last year when the family was ordered to remove their home from the site by June this year.
