Tourism boss stepping down as visitor numbers return to pre-Covid levels
Visit Great Yarmouth has announced that its chairman, Lyndon Bevan, is retiring after five years in the role.
Mr Bevan, who has led the organisation since 2019, will remain involved as vice-chairman but is handing over leadership to a new chairman, set to be announced in the coming weeks.
His tenure included overseeing tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic, managing crisis response and working on long-term recovery efforts.
