Scroby Sands, an ever-changing landform off the Norfolk coast, has revealed its latest transformation, as well as thousands of grey seals soaking up the spring sunshine.

New aerial photographs, captured by pilot and photographer Mike Page, show the sandbank stretching south to north from Great Yarmouth toward Caister.
