Monte Carlo Parks and Luxury Home Lifestyle Group, which owns more than 20 residential and leisure parks across the UK, bought the Seabreeze and Seafield holiday parks in Hemsby last week.

The announcement - described by one resident as "very short notice" - saw some caravan owners raise concerns about a raft of new rules being imposed on the sites.

Among the changes are that residents will now have to pay electricity on top of ground rent, fork out a £1,500 fee for scrapping a caravan, and they will not be allowed........
