The charity is seeking permission to demolish the existing clinic on Tar Works Road and build a new two-storey practice.

Planning officers have recommended that councillors approve the plans at a meeting of Great Yarmouth Borough Council's development management committee on Wednesday, June 4.

The RSPCA clinic has been on the site for 74 years........
