Neighbours at war over plans for dog walking field in village
The plans to open a canine recreation area in Reedham, a village in the Broads, are proving too close to the bone for some neighbours who have raised concerns about "hazardous road conditions".
The dispute centres on access to a field at Ferry Farm, where Jacob Mutten wants to change the use of land from agricultural to an enclosed field for private dog walking.
So far, however, the application is facing 17 letters of objection, with anxious neighbours arguing that Witton Green, a narrow rural road, is not adequate for the predicted increase in traffic.
