The sites - Ormesby Grange Tents and Touring, Hemsby Tents and Touring and Long Beach Park - are all owned by Fourpenny Ltd.

Owner Andrew Groat had applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council to lift the seasonal restriction that limits occupation to between March 20 and October 31.

In a report explaining its decision, planners said allowing the parks to operate year-round would support the borough’s aim of increasing “year-round, sustainable tourism” and better reflect growing demand for UK holidays.
