The parcel of land, off Newport Road in Hemsby, is owned by Monte Carlo Parks which bought both Seabreeze and Seafield caravan parks in March this year.

The company has now lodged a planning application with Great Yarmouth Borough Council to install 28 static caravans opposite Seafield, on land which has historically been used to store old caravans.
