Developer targets Broads village land for 17 bungalows
Beccles-based Cripps Developments is seeking outline planning permission to build 17 houses south of Sycamore Avenue and Cherry Tree Avenue in Martham.
A planning statement says the all-bungalow scheme would "preserve the low, horizontal character that defines this part of Martham".
So far, the plans are facing five objections from neighbours mainly over concerns about the loss of trees and agricultural land.
