The bungalow, located on Thurne Way in Ormesby St Margaret and marketed as a "romantic hot tub coastal getaway," has been the subject of more than a year of complaints about noise, disturbance and alleged sex parties.

In the back garden, a hot tub and sauna sit on a large area of raised decking.

Neighbours reported that the elevated decking meant activity in the garden, including what they alleged were outdoor sex sessions involving Airbnb guests, was visible over the garden fence, and that they were frequently forced to listen to the accompanying noise.
