Melissa Wise, 48, currently lives in Southport, near Liverpool - but next week is relocating to Great Yarmouth to run Le Chateau on North Drive.

For the past three decades, the guesthouse has been run by Jackie and Richard Allen.

In a post on the business' Facebook page, they said: "After 33 wonderful years, we are sharing the bittersweet news that we have now sold the Chateau.

"It has been an absolute honour to welcome so many incredible guests over the years, and we will truly miss each and every........
