Diggers have moved on to the former Start-Rite shoe factory site in Norwich's Mousehold Lane.

It comes after Norfolk County Council's Conservative-controlled cabinet agreed last October to pump £2.95m into the new properties.

Specialist provider Golden Lane Housing has started the work to build 12 apartments and six bungalows at the development.
