Probe into mystery of chopped-down A47 trees concludes... but culprit still not clear
The end of the probe into the missing trees, close to the westbound A1075 exit near Dereham, comes after an agreement was reached between National Highways and a caravan business near where they were felled.

Officials for National Highways - the government company which is responsible for the A47 - launched a probe into what had happened to the trees last year, after Dereham Town Council members noticed some of them had disappeared.........
