Medieval city church gets new lease of life as gallery
St Margaret de Westwick Church on St Benedicts Street is, once again, being used to showcase art.
The Grade I-listed building, which dates to the 14th and 15th centuries and is in the care of Norwich Historic Churches Trust, became redundant in 1975.
At various times since then it has been used as a gym, an antiques centre, a cafe and as a ‘Church of Art’.
