Norfolk County Council's children's services department has lodged plans which would see the former Stalham Community Infant School turned into a specialist base for children with special educational needs (SEND).

The Conservative-run council, amid a backdrop of rising demand and associated costs for SEND support in Norfolk, has been building a number of the specialist bases around the county.
